A growth strategist who believes agents succeed when they have the right tools, the right training, and someone in their corner — and who's spent her career making that true.

Before joining Benefits Life, Jamiee spent nearly 11 years at UnitedHealthcare, rising through four roles — from Community Outreach Specialist to Regional Growth Director for AARP Medicare Supplement, where she led strategy across more than 20 states.
Along the way, she earned the Champions Club award twice and the Partners in Care award, and managed engagement with thousands of agents. That kind of track record doesn't come from playing it safe — it comes from knowing agents, understanding markets, and delivering results.
"Agents succeed when they have the right tools, the right training, and someone in their corner."
Jamiee has built her career on a simple belief: agents succeed when they have the right tools, the right training, and someone in their corner. With over a decade of experience in agent recruitment, market development, and strategic partnerships, she brings firsthand insight into the challenges agents face — and what it takes to overcome them.
At Benefits Life, Jamiee channels that experience into growth strategy, agent engagement, and technology-driven innovation — helping agents build and retain the business they've worked hard to grow.
Whether it's shaping how we recruit new agents, building out tools that actually solve real problems, or making sure every agent feels supported, Jamiee is the person making sure the growth engine runs — and runs well.
Jamiee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Psychology from the University of Washington — a background that informs her people-first approach to growth and her ability to understand what motivates both agents and the communities they serve.
Jamiee lives in Northern Idaho on 15 beautiful acres with her husband and their Alaskan Malamute, Mango. When she's not working, you'll find her behind a camera, out on a trail, curled up with a good book, or spending time with family.
