50% co-op marketing is available for all agents directly contracted with Benefits Life — Medicare lines of business only. All marketing must be submitted for approval before it runs and must be CMS-compliant; materials that aren't pre-approved or CMS-compliant aren't eligible for reimbursement. Because campaigns are co-funded by Benefits Life, approval also confirms the campaign markets carriers and plans you hold through Benefits Life — that alignment is what makes a 50% match sustainable. ACA, Life, and Annuities aren't eligible because carrier compensation structures for those lines don't support a co-op at this scale. For agents contracted through a Benefits Life sub-agency, the typical split is shared: Benefits Life pays 25%, the agency pays 25%, and the agent pays 50% — confirm the exact arrangement with your direct upline.
