Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address
  • Agent application information: NPN (National Producer Number), licensing information, E&O insurance details, years of experience, current FMO, carrier appointments
  • Communications: messages, inquiries, feedback, and correspondence you send us
  • Career information: resume or professional background if you apply for employment

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent, and click activity

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from insurance carriers, background-check providers, licensing databases, and marketing partners when appropriate for servicing your agent contract or verifying your credentials.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To process agent contracting applications and manage carrier appointments
  • To administer marketing co-op and Regus office co-op programs for contracted agents
  • To provide access to our MedicareSuite, Ramona CRM, and AgentHive platforms
  • To communicate with you about our services, training, AEP certifications, and industry updates
  • To respond to inquiries, support requests, and feedback
  • To maintain the security and integrity of our website and services
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, and CMS requirements
  • To analyze website usage and improve our services

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

With Insurance Carriers

To process agent appointments, we share necessary information with carriers you wish to be contracted with (e.g., UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Aetna, Anthem).

With Service Providers

We share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business — including technology vendors, background-check services, email platforms, and analytics providers — subject to confidentiality obligations.

With Regulators and Legal Authorities

We may disclose information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, court orders, or CMS requirements, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Business Transfers

If Benefits Life is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
